The girl behind the camera, the content creator, and the energy behind Maddie.Marie.Photography!

My love for photography started at 16 when I got my first camera and accidentally discovered I was obsessed with capturing pretty much everything around me. Plot twist… life also led me to serve in the U.S. Air Force, and during my time in the military, I started building my photography business in my downtime. What started as a little passion project quickly turned into something so much bigger.

While stationed in Georgia, I officially launched Maddie.Marie.Photography and fell in love with telling stories through my camera. A couple of years ago, I packed up, came back home to Washington, and hit the ground running doing what I love most.

Fast forward to now, and I’m based in Arlington, Washington, right in the heart of beautiful Snohomish County, and my business has grown right along with me.

These days, you’ll find me behind the camera at corporate events, community events, nonprofits, local businesses, and branding shoots, or with my phone in hand creating content that helps businesses actually show off what makes them special.

My favorite part of what I do?

The people. The energy. The story behind it all.

I love the candid conversations happening across the room, the tiny details someone spent months planning, the people working behind the scenes, the packed event spaces, the personality behind a brand, and all of those little moments that deserve to be documented.
